Converse Laboratories Incorporated (CLI) has been providing reliable analytical testing services to Northern New York for more than four decades.

Originally established as Watertown Dairy Lab, the laboratory expanded its services over time to meet the growing needs of local communities, businesses, municipalities, and environmental professionals. In 1986, the business was incorporated as Converse Laboratories Incorporated and continued to broaden its analytical capabilities beyond dairy testing.

Today, CLI provides testing services for drinking water, wastewater, environmental samples, and related analytical needs throughout the region. The laboratory maintains certification through the New York State Department of Health Environmental Laboratory Approval Program (ELAP) and has maintained accreditation under national environmental laboratory standards since 1999.
